Tiemaden is also called steel stirrup and steel bracket. Its function is the same as that of plastic maden. It is the evolution product of plastic maden. Commonly used specifications are 70mm*900mm,( 57618355,height 70mm, length 900mm),90*900, etc., which are generally butt welded by crossbeams and five pairs of legs, as shown in the figure. Iron horse stools are generally made of low carbon steel with a diameter of 5.5mm as cross beam. The legs are welded by Spot Welding Machine with 4mm low carbon steel. The legs are coated with plastic to prevent oxidation. Generally, the iron horse stools are composed of five pairs of symmetrical legs. During construction, the iron horse stools are evenly spread under the steel bars to support the steel bars and facilitate the filling of concrete under the steel bars. Due to scientific structure, the iron horse stools have been accepted by the vast construction field and are rapidly applied.
