China Supplier Surface Dustless H Beam Metal Shot Blasting Machine The pass through type Shot blasting and shot blaster machine can eliminate Oxide, clean and pre-treat of all kinds of steel materials, such as steel plate, steel structure, steel crane, profile, steel pipe and cast steel parts with non-stop working way. The pre-heated profile is sent to Shot blasting and shot blaster room through rollers. Several shot blasters in different coordinate orientations produce intensively strike and rub to eliminate the oxide scale, rust spots and dirt from the surface quickly. The profile surface get cleaning and strengthened. During the shot blasting process, the dropped dust and dust mixture is collected at the lower part of the hoist via the chamber funnel, then lifted to separator for separating. The bullets will be sent to each Shot blasting and shot blaster for reuse. Dust will be sent to dust removal system and discharged after cleaning. The Granular dust will becollected.
