Equipment features

Applicable workpiece materials: carbon steel, stainless steel.

Including (in feed conveyor, drilling unit, out feed conveyor)

It is conveyed to the drilling unit through each transfer roller table, and three groups of power drills are used to drill the three sides of the profile steel to achieve the cold processing design of the hole group of the profile steel connection plate.

Drilling Unit	It is mainly composed of flange fixing mechanism and moving side pressure mechanism, workstation frame type device, three sets of power mechanism, etc. The structural foundation of the chassis cement is pre-buried to ensure high-speed operation.
Roller Frame	It mainly consists five sets of roller frames, unpowered rollers and side positioning wheels. When the raw material is placed in the roller frame, the workpiece is sent to the side reference, then workpiece feeding accuracy is guaranteed.
Feeding Trolley and Trolley track	Servo motor is used to control the feeding trolley to complete H beam positioning and clamping device. Different files are driven by AC motor to lift the clamping device to the file positioning point for pneumatic clamping.
Finished Workpiece Receiving Station	Roller frame and power roller includes AC motor conveying device. The workpiece extends from cutting unit and placed on the power roller. The power roller is driven by motor to rotate workpiece, and the workpiece is pushed out of material table, and then finished material are processed by four sets of trolleys and directly output and stored.
Basic Configuration and Function of Control system	Support TEKLA 3D software DSTV file, directly output processing program. Control system function: The system has humanized interactive interface and it is easy to operate;
